Tragic start to the season for G3.
One pulled calf muscle. Let it be a lesson to you all.
A warm up is recommended, especially at the start of the season.
After doing some research I've been advised the best way to stretch the calf is
to balance on your toes on a step and bounce a bit (takes quite a bit of practice). With that in mind I've designed a special frisbee calf step warmer upper devise. Esentially it's a step which can be easyly popped into a bag and taken to the park with some lettering on the side that says 'frisbee Step Calf Warmer Upper'. I'm hoping that a 30 minute infomercial on channel 621 will be a good investment and should shift a few. All I need now is some backing. Anyone interested?

Hope you gimps have been practicing, the season is almost upon us, and I'm expecting to see some new skills.
Personally; I've managed :an under the leg nail delay 2 delay 2 tip 2 behind the head catch.

I know JWD has been putting in some hours.

Time is very tight this season, what with the timing of easter, and the ever busyer tornament timetable, so time wasters will not be tolerated, and training is going to be streamed according to ability; as discussed at the pre season meeting. Look forward to seeing you all out on the 'field of dreams'.
